Irritating persona, too much autotune (this class REALLY doesn’t like autotune!), bad song

Disgusting

Context behind lyrics, overplayed, awful song & video

2. Justin Bieber – Baby
Can’t help but hate him, awful repetitive lyrics, wrong age to be singing about girls (hasn’t hit puberty), inauthentic

3. One Direction – Best Song Ever
Smug, horrendous lyrics, bad song

4. Taylor Swift – We Are Never Getting Back Together

Horrible vocals, mediocre lyrics, elementary video

Too much negativity, too much hatred

3. Avril Lavigne – Cultural Appropriation
Sorry, I meant to type Avril Lavigne – Hello Kitty!

4. LMFAO – Shots
Awful chorus, genre, vapidly promotes negative lifestyle, trivialises effort of musicians, very straightforward, no effort involved – designed to get folk pumped up: not music, just entertainment product
